On the occasion of MBT’s 17th anniversary, MBT Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company officially held the “Groundbreaking Ceremony for MBT Transformer Factory No.4” at Dan Phuong Industrial Site, Dan Phuong Commune, Hanoi City, Vietnam.

This important event marks a significant milestone in MBT’s development journey, reflecting the company’s long-term strategy to expand manufacturing capacity, enhance technological capabilities, and meet the growing demands of both domestic and international markets.

MBT Factory No.4 – A New Step Forward in Manufacturing Expansion

MBT Factory No.4 is developed with the orientation of becoming a modern and highly automated transformer manufacturing facility, focusing on:

• Oil-immersed transformers
• Cast resin dry-type transformers
• KIOSK substations
• SKID substations
• Electrical panel systems and energy solutions

The new factory is designed to:
✔️ Integrate modern and highly automated production lines
✔️ Expand manufacturing capacity for transformer and substation solutions
✔️ Comply with international technical standards
✔️ Promote green and sustainable industrial development

Once completed, the factory will contribute significantly to MBT’s capability in supplying products for industrial plants, infrastructure projects, renewable energy systems, and export markets worldwide.

• Factory No.1: Oil transformer manufacturing & office – 5,500m²
• Factory No.2: Electrical panel manufacturing – 7,000m²
• Factory No.3: Dry-type transformer manufacturing – 2,000m²
• Maintenance & repair workshop – 3,000m²
• Factory No.4: Transformer manufacturing – 10,000m²
